Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, IT, social science, or equivalent government/private-sector work experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with government or private-sector IT, cybersecurity, and/or system integration projects.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ full-time employees.
• Experience with zero trust architectures, MFA, HIPAA, DoD RMF, and data protection regulations.
• Specialized experience overseeing projects to meet customer requirements.
• Experience with AWS and Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with contract goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage IT team including cybersecurity developers, engineers, and administrators.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Coordinate adoption of new technologies and provide training to stakeholders.
• Manage transitions from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and IT change management.
