Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Center for Hope is seeking a Project Manager to join the Program Development & Evaluation team in Baltimore. The role blends project management, grant support, program monitoring, and evaluation to strengthen existing programs and move initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will also play a key role in developing HopeLine, coordinating across teams and building infrastructure for centralized consultation, resource navigation, intake, and referrals, while bringing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years PM/grants experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Grant reporting or grant writing experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Support HopeLine development from planning to pilot.
• Monitor grant-funded programs for progress and measures.
• Coordinate quarterly grant reporting.
• Support grant writing and materials drafting.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, and tools.
• Collaborate with Program, Finance, Data, Compliance, Strategy, Tech, and leadership.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities.
