Job summary

OpenAI for Government is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate the Government Trusted Access portfolio from initial interest through onboarding and ongoing support. You will operate across cyber and biology domains, aligning strategy with detailed execution while working with policy, legal, security, and technical teams.

The role requires an active TS clearance and 5–10 years of program management experience, with a track record of shipping complex, cross‑functional programs in government

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 5–10 years in program management or related operations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional government‑focused programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate government participation across Trusted Access programs (cyber, biology, others).
• Own end‑to‑end program operating rhythm: intake, review, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, renewal, offboarding.
• Maintain portfolio view of applicants, access levels, owners, risks, and decisions.
• Build roadmaps, decision logs, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Collaborate with OpenAI for Government, Safety, Legal, Security, Product, Research, and domain experts.
