GaN Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Manager to support the Systems Readiness Directorate for the PEO Aviation customer. You will coordinate across government leads and technical teams to plan and track programs, balancing technical and managerial responsibilities.

The role requires experience with PEO Aviation, strong planning skills, MS Project proficiency, and the ability to work with senior government officials.

Qualificações

• PEO Aviation experience, preferably within SRD.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, and ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of Government contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for work related to the program both technical and administrative.
• Manage organization of GaN employees and subcontractors.
• Engage with customers and staff to plan and track all work.
• Develop project plans as needed and track progress until delivery.
• Contribute to the development of project management strategies and processes.
• Develop resource management plans and controls program cost.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures where appropriate.
• Assist in managing changes associated to projects.
• Communicate pertinent information and requirements to staff both customer and corporate.
• Ensure quality on all deliverables.
• Perform all manpower and staffing actions.
• Analyze program risk, develops, and implements mitigation strategies.
