• Contribute to the development of project management strategies and processes.
• Develop resource management plans and controls program cost.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures where appropriate.
• Assist in managing changes associated to projects.
• Communicate pertinent information and requirements to staff both customer and corporate.
• Ensure quality on all deliverables.
• Perform all manpower and staffing actions.
• Analyze program risk, develops, and implements mitigation strategies.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager in support of Program Management for the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) for the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation customer located in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will work across multiple customer leads and technical teams to plan and track projects. Candidates should possess a mix of technical and managerial skills. The primary focus of this position is working alongside senior Government customers to hire and manage employees to perform duties as assigned.

Duties

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• PMP desired
