The successful candidate will have 5+ years in operations, federal contracting familiarity (FAR/DFARS), and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible operations or business management experience.
• Experience with federal government contracting (DoD) or DoW contracts.
• Experience improving business processes and implementing operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across HR, contracts, accounting, and facilities to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate core business functions and support business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
