Job summary

Dexis is seeking Program Managers to lead contractor staff and support headquarters operations for the U.S. Department of State’s CA/PPT. Responsibilities include managing work from initiation to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality, and coordinating with stakeholders.

The positions require eight years of program management experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, PMP certification, and an active SECRET clearance. Pay range is $111,000–$161,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of program management experience.
• Master’s degree or 12 years of relevant experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Active SECRET clearance with DCSA before contract start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close assigned work within schedule, budget, and quality.
• Apply quality management systems and ISO 9001 principles to service delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Assign staff schedules, review work, supervise personnel, and communicate policies and goals.
• Lead continuous service-delivery improvement and innovation.
