Dexis Professional Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support contract leadership and day‑to‑day execution for the U.S. Department of State’s CA/PPT.

The role involves managing personnel, schedules, risks, quality, and stakeholder coordination across headquarters support activities, with contract award contingent. The position requires five+ years in program management, a Master’s degree or 12 years of relevant experience, an active SECRET clearance, and a current PMP certification

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Officer and Program Manager in overseeing contract performance and staffing.
• Coordinate work planning, schedules, task execution, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Supervise and guide contractor personnel and help resolve performance or workflow issues.
• Maintain clear communication with government stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
