Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, communications, change management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting governance or operational cadences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to own a workstream independently.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, change management, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of NMG programs
• Prepare and maintain agendas, materials, and action item tracking for governance meetings
• Translate complex program updates and change impacts into clear communications for stakeholders
• Build supporting resources for change management efforts
• Own discrete program workstreams end-to-end
• Track and monitor success metrics and program health indicators
• Regular check-ins with cross-functional teams and leadership
