Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience in marketing, advertising, design, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing deliverables across in-store/VM, digital, social, media, video, broadcast, and print channels.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO and Senior PMs to execute programs and campaigns.
• Independently manage multiple medium-level projects on time and within scope.
• Create comprehensive project schedules outlining milestones from kickoff to delivery.
• Facilitate and communicate project status with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with production suppliers to ensure deliverables are met.
• Ensure proper project closure and archive procedures.
