Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company seeks a skilled Cost Manager to lead the cost assessment of golf ball products and supplier costs. You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Finance and leadership to optimize margins and identify true product costs.

The role requires expertise in activity-based costing, demand planning, and financial modeling, with a focus on designing a robust supply chain strategy for ball products. Domestic and international travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in costing, new product introduction, product development, sourcing, or engineering.
• Strong cost analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity-based costing to identify cost by product type and facility.
• Drive margin initiatives across facilities and suppliers through cost reduction projects.
• Build financial models to support capital investment decisions.
• Develop and present supply chain strategy to senior leadership.
