• Partner with operations, technology, and finance teams as well as external logistics providers to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive measurable improvements in supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and program status reporting, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership through written narratives and business reviews.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment to support new building launches, network changes, and operational enhancements that improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Role requires some onsite warehouse monitoring with up to 25% travel across the US.

A day in the life

You'll start your morning reviewing operational metrics and identifying improvement opportunities. About The Team

Global Logistics moves freight from manufacturing hubs worldwide to Amazon's international marketplaces, serving both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Our ACES team drives continuous improvement across this network by reducing cost, accelerating speed, and expanding selection for customers. We partner with world-class logistics providers and build innovative supply chain solutions that directly fuel Amazon's growth flywheel. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Experience in lean or six sigma methodologies for operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with operations/supply chain
