Intercept Health is hiring a Full-time Program Manager for the Fresh Start Program in Virginia. You will oversee all staff and direct care issues, guiding the program to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services and maintain regular oversight with the Regional Program Manager.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, or a bachelor’s with supervised field work or three years’ experience with children; preferred QMHP and related residential experience.

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology with supervised field work.
• Bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and direct care services for residents.
• Ensure leadership-based management of the program with high quality, cost-effective care.
• Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Program Manager for oversight.
• Coordinate all services offered to each resident within the home.

Education
