Intercept Health is hiring a Full-time Program Manager for the Fresh Start Program in Virginia. You will oversee all staff and direct care issues, guiding the program to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services and maintain regular oversight with the Regional Program Manager.
The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, or a bachelor’s with supervised field work or three years’ experience with children; preferred QMHP and related residential experience.
Compensation based on experience and education, up to $57,000 base salary with additional incentives available.

As a Full-time Program Manager in Intercept's Fresh Start Program, you will oversee all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner by performing the duties outlined below. Will maintain weekly communication and/or supervision with their Regional Program Manager for oversight of job responsibilities.
The selected candidate will have:
QMHP and Master's degree in a human services field with three or more years' experience with children, one of which is in a residential facility;
Bachelor's degree in a human services field required with five or more years' experience with children two of which are in a residential facility;
Two or more years' in group home management/supervision or similar experience.
The Program Manager assumes responsibility for the coordination of all services offered to each resident within his/her home; these services include, but are not limited to:
