Job summary

WellPower is seeking a Program Manager to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed behavioral health services in the Greater Denver area. The role blends clinical leadership with administrative oversight, emphasizing staff development and performance management.

You will oversee case management, budgeting, compliance, and collaboration with community partners to expand services and ensure high-quality care across nursing home and housing teams. Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Colorado license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC or Psychologist).
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality care.
• Hold staff accountable for service hours, performance metrics, and timely documentation and billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, supervision and evaluations.
• Conduct evaluations and coaching, offering feedback and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management meet standards and regulations.
• Conduct audits and revise workflows to align with best practices.
• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, team coverage, and service delivery.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring to meet targets.
• Foster innovation in program design and service delivery.
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners.
