WellPower in the Greater Denver Metro area seeks a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team. The role supervises a new Forensic-ACT grant and court-facing teams, working with another Program Manager to support service connections for individuals in the Criminal

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory and management experience preferred.
  • Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred.
  • Expertise in a Fee for Service model preferred.

Position Summary:

The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.

Team Specific Information:

This Program Manager will be responsible for supervising a new grant for our new Forensic-ACT (F-ACT) team as well as other court facing case management teams. The role will also directly supervise the 2 RTD Co-Responders. They will be working alongside an additional Program Manager to support service connection for individuals seeking WellPower services and who are involved in the Criminal Justice System. This role may also support the Criminal Justice Access team as well as the Competency Restoration Educators when needed.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties & Functions:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficientoperations and delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care.
  • Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation and billing.
  • Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performanceevaluations.
  • Conduct timely evaluations and ongoing performance conversations, offering coaching, constructive feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Ensure clinical documentation and case management services meet organizational, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations; revise and implement workflows and procedures to align with best practices.
  • Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, team coverage, and service delivery to meet community and consumer needs.
  • Partner with leadership to set and monitor short- and long-term goals that align with programmatic and organizational priorities.
  • Lead innovation in program design and service delivery to strengthen and expand behavioral health offerings.
  • Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvements to enhance service effectiveness and impact.
  • Foster team accountability, morale, and engagement by identifying areas for growth and celebrating individual and team achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to ensure coordinated care and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring alignment with established targets.
  • Demonstrate operational expertise in Fee-for-Service or similar performance-based models to drive financial sustainability.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required

  • Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.

Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely .

Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.

Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manualdexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephoneand other office and/or clinical equipment.
