Job summary

WellPower in the Greater Denver Metro area is seeking a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring trauma-informed care and high-quality services. • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Colorado license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC or Psychologist) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for service hour targets, performance metrics, and accurate documentation and billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, supervision, and evaluations.
• Conduct timely evaluations and provide coaching and feedback, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and revise workflows to align with best practices.
• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and service delivery to meet community needs.
• Partner with leadership to set and monitor short- and long-term goals.
• Lead program design innovations to strengthen behavioral health offerings.
• Monitor outcomes and implement improvements to increase impact.
• Foster accountability, morale, and engagement across teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners for coordinated care.
• Oversee financial planning and budget management, forecasting expenditures.
