The University of Houston-Clear Lake is seeking a Program Manager for Organizations and Leadership to lead student leadership initiatives on-site in Houston, TX. Role Description The Program Manager for Organizations and Leadership is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position oversees student leadership and organizational development initiatives, including planning, implementing, and assessing programs that support registered student organizations and campus leaders. The Program Manager collaborates with faculty, staff, and student leaders to design workshops, trainings, and events that foster inclusive leadership, community engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising student organizations, coordinating leadership development curricula, managing program budgets and records, and monitoring compliance with university policies and procedures. The role also involves collecting data for program evaluation, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance the student experience and strengthen campus involvement.
