Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors department to coordinate food programs, manage data/reporting, and support events throughout the year in NYC and surrounding areas.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of social services, and bilingual Spanish-English capabilities. Occasional travel and office-based work in NYC are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least five years’ experience in the food industry and/or customer service.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, support and coordination to CCCS FON food programs.
• Manage statistical reports and data collection for the department and food programs.
• Assist with coordinating special events during the year.
• Perform annual program assessments for efficiency, compliance and reporting.
• Develop tracking methods for program assessments and data collection.
• Collaborate with program sites to ensure funding, inspections and safety standards compliance.
• Prepare monthly compliance and progress reports with recommendations.
• Engage with potential food program sites to determine level of support.
• Maintain a master database for clients, meals, and food distributed.
• Serve as liaison with agency client database system and data manager.
• Support budget preparation and performance measures for FON programs.
