ISN Corporation seeks a Mortgage Systems Alternate Program Manager to lead the Reverse Mortgage program for a federal government client. You will report to the Program Manager and drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely contract delivery.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing schedules and milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet FHA HECM requirements while supporting SaaS/IaaS solutions for federal customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in IT, information management, business management, or a related field.
• PMI PMP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of FHA HECM regulations and federal program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support the Program Manager in the oversight and execution of a federal Reverse Mortgage program.
• Assist in managing project schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure contract requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead multifunctional teams including technical, operational, and professional staff.
• Oversee the execution of medium to large-scale government projects and subprojects related to Reverse Mortgage program services.
• Assign tasks and priorities to team members while ensuring project objectives and milestones are achieved.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
• Support program reporting, performance monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage regulations and federal program requirements.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain alignment with program goals.
• Assist in delivering technology-enabled business services, including SaaS or Information-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions for federal clients.
