Job summary

Philadelphia Family Voices (PFV) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple family-centered behavioral health programs. You will translate funded proposals into operational program activities, supervise staff, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a range of services.

You will manage budgets, coordinate data reporting, ensure compliance with funders, and collaborate with Executive leadership to advance family voice in policy and systems-change efforts.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience operating and managing human services, behavioral health, family peer support, nonprofit, or related programs.
• Demonstrated experience supervising Supervisors, team leads, and/or multiple program teams required.
• Demonstrated experience in strengths-based supervision, coaching, staff development, performance management, and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Philadelphia child-serving systems and experience with program documentation, data collection, quality assurance, outcomes, and/or program reporting.
• Completion of Family Peer Support training within sixty (60) days of hire and related trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the operational structure of all assigned PFV programs, services, contracts, pilots, and initiatives.
• Ensure family peer support, system navigation, advocacy, education, and other services reflect PFV’s family-led mission.
• Lead implementation of new programs, pilots, contracts, partnerships, and initiatives with actionable workflows and timelines.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports and ensure evaluations are completed.
• Provide weekly supervision, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and hold Supervisors accountable.
