Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Program Manager of Evaluation to oversee evaluation programs within the Office of Evaluation & Assessment. You will plan, organize, and direct daily activities, ensuring accurate data collection and timely dashboard updates for pre-clerkship, clerkship, and electives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in higher education evaluation or project management, plus strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of medical school and higher education work experience with faculty, staff and students.
• Experience in project coordination, evaluation, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and manages day-to-day evaluation activities.
• Manages evaluations for pre-clerkship, clerkship and electives with data accuracy.
• Leads meetings, dashboards, and reporting for evaluation processes.
• Maintains program records and coordinates focus groups and training.
• Serves as liaison to medical stakeholders and coordinates schedules.
