Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Program Manager of Evaluation to lead day-to-day evaluation activities within the Office of Evaluation & Assessment. The role emphasizes developing procedures, coordinating course evaluations, and producing dashboards for pre-clerkship and clerkship activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of medical school and higher education work experience with faculty, staff and students; project coordination and evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and manages day-to-day evaluation program activities.
• Manages evaluations for pre-clerkship, clerkship, and electives, gathering accurate course and faculty information.
• Leads meetings and presents dashboards for course evaluation meetings.
• Schedules and coordinates PEAC meetings and prepares minutes.
• Assists in developing evaluation guidelines and training materials.
• Monitors data submission, ensures quality control, and updates dashboards.
