Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated program execution to align with objectives.
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Establish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processes.
• Monitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accountability for overall program financial performance, including aggregated budgets, P&L, forecasting, and WIP.
• Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysis.
