Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end program management across multiple concurrent projects, drive financial performance, and enforce PMO standards. You will liaise with customers and internal teams, manage budgets, risks, and schedules while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and uphold a ZERO safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated program execution to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and customer objectives
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Establish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processes
• Monitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes
• Maintain accountability for overall program financial performance, including aggregated budgets, P&L, forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP)
• Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysis
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect program profitability and performance
• Implement and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, governance, and best practices across projects
• Serve as the primary customer and program liaison for all program-related activities and communications
• Build strong relationships to align internal cross-functional stake holders to drive customer satisfaction without direct authority over outcomes
• Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across operational teams
• Drives operational team KPI’s to contribute to and ensure end-to-end program success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

ADB is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end program management of multiple concurrent projects across a line of business. The ideal candidate drives financial results and process improvement across the line of business. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and ALL-IN for the financial success of all programs they oversee.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
• This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
• When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

This position pays between $120,000 and $195,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
