Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC, a nationwide full-turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will lead Supervisors and Construction Managers, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The position requires 3-5+ years of technical field experience and leadership, plus a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent preferred) and a valid driver's license for nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
