Job summary

Draper is a nonprofit research and development company in Cambridge, MA, seeking a Program Manager to lead national security programs across electronic systems and microelectronics. You will drive proposal efforts, manage multi-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of complex deliverables while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, strong leadership, and a proven ability to navigate DoD program cycles within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field preferred.
• 5 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry required.
• Experience with government projects/programs and DoD/IC customer culture highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish baseline and update resource allocation plans with functional teams.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead reviews to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate win strategy, proposals, and compliant budgets for growth.
• Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and organization’s procedures.
