Job summary

Draper is seeking a Program Manager I to oversee the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects in Cambridge, MA. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance while serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating with functional teams to meet requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field and 5 years of PM experience in commercial or defense sectors. Onsite in Cambridge with clearances may be required.

• Experience with government projects and customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of full lifecycle of programs with cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Establish performance baselines and resource plans; recruit and develop talent.
