Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Program Manager for Educational Enrichment and Scholarship Services to advance student engagement through high‑impact enrichment experiences and scholarship initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
At least four years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate signature educational enrichment programs.
Contribute to scalable experiential learning pathways aligned with student success.
Develop long-term strategies to strengthen student participation in enrichment initiatives.
Use data and outcomes to guide improvement and resource allocation.
Collaborate with campus partners to align enrichment programming with priorities.
Manage collaborative events and mentoring initiatives within enrichment and scholarship
Assist with signature programs events and open house activities.
May instruct an OUE course emphasizing leadership through experiential learning.
