Job summary

Monte Nido Houston Day Treatment Program in Houston, TX seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure programs run in alignment with Monte Nido’s philosophy and mission.

The role reports to the Clinical Director, supports admissions and chart oversight, and drives facility-wide quality improvement and regulatory compliance. It is a full-time, onsite position with responsibilities across administrative, clinical, and management areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role in a day treatment, residential, or hospital setting.
• CPR certification required or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations, including supervision of administrative services and personnel management.
• Lead and performance manage Recovery Coaches and staff, with on-call schedule.
• Coordinate with Compliance Director on Joint Commission and state requirements and training.
