The role reports to the Clinical Director, involves admissions oversight, chart management, and coordinating with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and CPR certification are required, with on-site work a core expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership role in day treatment, residential, or hospital setting.
• CPR certification required or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations and supervise administrative services.
• Lead and performance manage Recovery Coaches.
• On-call responsibilities and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and state licensing requirements.
• Coordinate admissions, client charts, and related billing with Clinical Director.
