Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles in day treatment, residential, or hospital settings.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations and staff in a day treatment program.
• Supervise Lead Recovery Coaches and manage on-call schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and state requirements.
• Assist admissions, chart oversight, and coordination with billing.
