Responsibilities:

1. 10+ years of experience in ecommerce program management
2. Prior experience in managing Healthcare programs
3. Experience in Client - Clinical practice guidelines
4. Prior experience in both B2B and B2C
5. Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, and other groups involved in a project
6. Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems
7. Help schedule and prioritize routine maintenance requests across all ecommerce systems
8. Interface between brand/business teams and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle
9. Perform risk assessments, and identify and evaluate alternative solutions
10. Responsible for overall delivery of solutions into production e-commerce environment
11. Lead cross-functional team of analysts, developers, testers to deliver solutions
12. Find consensus among various diverse groups to ensure a 360 implementation to projects/releases
13. Interface with potential and existing vendors to incorporate tasks/integrations needed for projects and releases
14. Assist in coordination of the acceptance testing effort
