Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software industries.
• 5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs.
• Minimal 4+ years' experience in managing complex distributed projects on cloud, microservices.
• Proven experience as a Sr Scrum Master in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of e-commerce platforms, web development, APIs, databases, and related technologies.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Asana, Trello).
• Understands Engineering Processes and Cloud Implementations.
• Experience assisting teams with cloud implementations.
• Good understanding of Jira, Sprint functions/ceremonies and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Build the basic structure of a program with prioritization alignment, governance, and partnership identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
• Integrate timelines across projects, assess dependencies, and track milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest ongoing improvements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and provide solutions for smooth execution.
• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Run agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master and oversee development processes with internal partners.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for the e-commerce platform from planning to deployment.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables; create plans and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation and platform performance.
• Foster collaboration and mentorship within the team.
• Primary: overall program delivery, governance, execution oversight, stakeholder alignment.
• Manage program plan, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across Brands, IT, Business and Vendors.
• Prepare status reports and run governance (daily/weekly/SteerCo).
• Risk, issue, and escalation management.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover with Brands, IT, Business and Vendors.

Overall 10+ years of experience in software industries

5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs

Minimal 4+ years' experience in managing complex distributed project on cloud, Microservices.

Job Responsibilities

Build the basic structure of a program that may include: prioritization alignment, team engagement & governance, identifying partners, etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Integrate timelines and milestones across projects, identify areas of alignment or dependency and evaluate the progress of projects, and adjust to keep the project on track

Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between teams and make suggestions for ongoing improvement

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership regularly.

Run agile ceremonies as a scrum master and the development process in conjunction with several internal partners

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for the e-commerce platform, including planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans and timelines; and track project progress against milestones.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to drive innovation and enhance the platform's performance.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to team members when needed.
