Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Delivery Service Partner program is seeking a Program Manager to own DSP payroll programs and vendor management across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). This role focuses on delivering a reliable payroll experience to DSP owners and Delivery Associates while driving cross-functional initiatives, vendor governance, and process improvements.

You will analyze operational data, maintain dashboards, and support leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of vendor management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
• 3+ Years Experience with payroll systems, payroll operations, or workforce management platforms (either as an operator or program owner)
• Experience managing vendor relationships including SLA governance, performance management, and contract compliance

Responsibilities

• Own key program metrics and ensure payroll programs deliver a high-quality experience for DSP owners and Delivery Associates.
• Drive projects to on-time completion, identify risks, coordinate cross-functionally and elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting on program health; prepare monthly and quarterly reviews for leadership.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships across the Americas, monitor SLAs, conduct business reviews and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements by analyzing workflows and benchmarking against best practices.
