Metron seeks a Project Manager in Reston, VA to support program leadership, manage contract deliverables, and track expenditures within contract scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure timely deliverables for defense programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent communication skills. US citizenship and Top Secret clearance background check are required; on-site work in Reston, VA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• US Citizenship required; background check for Top Secret Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day management, tracking, development, and delivery of recurring artifacts under CDRL.
• Maintain quality standards of contract deliverables/CDRLs and coordinate improvements as needed.
• Execute day-to-day financial management including monthly analysis, cumulative analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage schedule performance reporting via MS Project, Azure DevOps, or other tools.
• Identify risks and develop/implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate inputs and write project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Analyze resource allocation and deliver recommendations for modifications.
• Monitor progress for milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics; communicate status to leadership.
• Provide mentorship and professional development support to personnel.
