Job summary

Sumaria Systems LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) AWACS division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires DoD acquisition experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across Government and industry partners.

Responsibilities include managing program health, cost, schedule, and performance, preparing支 senior-leadership briefings, and supporting RFPs and contract documentation up to milestone decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, acquisition management, or related DoD program activities.
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, program documentation, and program execution principles.
• Ability to assess and manage program cost, schedule, performance, risk, and acquisition activities.
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating program metrics and status.
• Ability to identify programmatic and technical risks, analyze issues, and develop practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to Government Program Managers and IPT Leads to promote disciplined program execution.
• Advise program leadership on overall program health, acquisition execution, and options for meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Interpret and apply DoD and Air Force acquisition policies, directives, instructions, and guidance to program execution.
• Prepare senior-leadership briefings, graphics, schedules, program metrics, and status updates.
• Coordinate with scheduling personnel and correlate Earned Value Management (EVM) cost-performance information with IMS data.
