Job summary

Web Business Solutions seeks a Senior Instructor for Faculty Development to design, maintain, and teach CDET Faculty Orientation courses and provide faculty-development expertise across officer and enlisted PME programs at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on developing FD content for online and onsite delivery and maintaining courseware, assessments, and alignment with learning outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is strongly desired, along with 20 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Graduate from PME commensurate with rank in either a resident or nonresident status.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree strongly desired.
• Twenty (20) years of relevant experience including service in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Grade Officer or Senior SNCO.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required for handling classified events or tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide FD SME services to support faculty across PME programs.
• Maintain and update FD courses (FacO 101/201) for officer and enlisted PME.
• Develop and maintain courseware, assessments, and mapping to learning objectives.
• Teach FacO 101 and 201 online seminars per approved schedules.
• Prepare electronic reports on faculty and program outcomes.
