Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 4 years of experience in the human services field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with clients with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff to ensure adherence to policies.
• Respond to unexpected situations or emergencies.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality care.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure program safety.
• Support client development through recommended interventions.
• Implement recreational activities on and off campus.
