Justice Resource Institute is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for our Developing Abilities program in Framingham. This full-time role involves supervising a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, preparing staff schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication with families and service providers.
The position offers a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour and a $2,000 bilingual bonus for new hires who speak another language fluently, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation
