Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for our Developing Abilities program in Framingham. This full-time role involves supervising a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, preparing staff schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication with families and service providers.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour and a $2,000 bilingual bonus for new hires who speak another language fluently, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Are you the Assistant Program Manager we have been looking for? JRI’s Developing Abilities program provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.

We Are Looking For Full Time Program Manager To Work In Our Residential and Day Program In Framingham!

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

  • YOUwill provide supervision and oversight to a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • YOUwill prepare staff schedules and payroll reports.
  • YOUwill manage program petty cash funds.
  • YOUwill complete and maintain internal and external documentation including health care assessments, appointment forms and healthcare records.
  • YOUwill manage individuals’ case records and other record keeping systems.
  • YOUwill assist with developing and implementing ISP support strategies.
  • YOUwill communicate with other service providers, guardians and families.
  • YOUwill supervise program staff providing oversight, feedback on their performance, and hands‑on training, including formal training for staff on healthcare issues.
  • YOUwill supervise and delegate duties to direct care staff.
  • YOUwill implement and train staff on behavior plans and guidelines as needed.
  • YOUwill provide on‑call assistance and supervision to program staff after hours and on weekends.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Service field are preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Have the proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written form.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency vehicle.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
