Franklin Templeton seeks a Program Manager, Digital Audience Engagement for the FIRST team to drive engagement across B2B, B2B2C, and Direct to Wallet audiences. You will collaborate with strategy, product, sales, and investment teams in a lean, start-up-like environment.

The role covers content creation, campaign development, analytics, and cross-channel programs, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, liberal arts, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital engagement or agency experience.
• Experience deploying cross-channel engagement programs.
• Proficiency with emerging AI tools and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Support cross-channel digital engagement campaigns across key audiences globally.
• Create and manage creative content, storytelling and campaign development.
• Oversee website and social media publishing, including data analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver innovative experiences.
