The Digital Program Manager will lead cross functional teams and technology investments that modernize the organization's data ecosystem and elevate patient facing digital experiences. This role oversees data & analytics initiatives, enterprise data platform modernization, and AI driven capabilities that enable more personalized, proactive, and efficient care. The Digital Program Manager drives strategy, execution, and governance across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital health goals, regulatory requirements, and clinical/business outcomes. Responsibilities include orchestrating complex roadmaps, managing budgets and resources, guiding technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence across cloud data platforms, advanced analytics, automation, AI models, and patient experience technologies. This is a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.
