Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for the SkillBridge program to own end-to-end execution of a cross-functional defense initiative. Location flexibility includes Ashville, OH and other U.S. cities, emphasizing roadmap ownership and obstacle resolution.

You will work with diverse stakeholders to identify problems, conceive and implement scalable processes, and deliver solutions with partner teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency across the program.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support decisions.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Eligible for DoD SkillBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts, building project roadmaps and aligning teams to deliver end-to-end program results.
• Identify problems with stakeholders, design processes, and implement improvements for the program.
• Scope requirements with partner teams and deliver solutions for core scale challenges.
• Fill gaps to ensure smooth business operations, doing what is needed to succeed.
