Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Program Manager - DDTC Consent Agreement to lead the execution of key workstreams supporting the company’s trade compliance obligations under the DDTC Consent Agreement with the U.S. State Department.

This role coordinates across Legal & Compliance, business teams, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and timely execution in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple complex initiatives in a matrixed setting, leverage lean process improvements,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in compliance or regulated settings, or higher with equivalent experience.
Associate degree with 12+ years in compliance, legal or other regulated settings.
High School Diploma with 14+ years in compliance, legal or other regulated settings.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for execution of the DDTC Consent Agreement across multiple workstreams.
Plan and manage regular operating cadences, with weekly meetings and status updates.
Coordinate engagement with internal leaders and external stakeholders including SCO, auditor, and DDTC.
Prepare executive status reports and briefing materials on progress, risks, and resources.
Drive cross-functional execution of Consent Agreement requirements including audits and governance.
