Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DDTC Consent Agreement workstreams and manage trade compliance obligations under the DDTC Consent Agreement with the U.S. Department of State.

You will coordinate with Legal & Compliance, business teams, and senior leaders to align activities, track milestones, and deliver on commitments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in compliance, legal or regulated settings OR 12+ years with Associates OR 14+ years with HS diploma.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, legal or other regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for DDTC Consent Agreement execution across multiple workstreams.
• Plan, track, and report progress to ensure commitments and milestones are met.
• Coordinate with executives and external stakeholders (SCO, audit, DDTC).
• Prepare executive status reports and briefing materials on progress and risks.
• Drive cross-functional execution, including audits, digital transformation, training, and validations.
