Job summary

Oasys International LLC (Oasys) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the ANG CDAO support services. You will act as the contractor’s authorized representative, interfacing with COR and Government PM to ensure timely, secure data, BI, AI, and training deliverables.

You will oversee staffing, schedule, risk, and performance, manage data pipelines, data warehouses, and Power Platform apps while ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements and IL4/IL5 environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management, IT, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years progressive experience managing complex tech programs; 5+ years with DoD or federal contracts.
• Experience leading data, analytics, cloud, software, AI/ML teams and related digital capabilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors, staffing continuity, quality, risks, schedules, and government stakeholders.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management for contract performance.
• Interface with COR and Government Program Manager; ensure timely communication.
• Ensure work stays within scope; escalate out-of-scope requests.
• Develop integrated program management covering schedule, staffing, risks, and security.
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation for uninterrupted performance.
• Manage delivery across data pipelines, BI, Power Platform, AI, and training.
• Monitor quality, availability, data quality, incident response, and timeliness.
• Track contract deliverables, reviews, and reporting.
