What success looks like in this role:

1. Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects involving multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
2. Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of collaboration to optimize product application and achieve business success.
3. Identifies new program and project opportunities with potential company-wide impact.
4. Leads project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and post-project review.
5. Initiates and leads process improvement task forces, fostering enhancements based on lessons learned and modern project management techniques.
6. Drives change and continuously improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program and Project Management.
7. Trusted by executives to lead or advise on important projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
