What success looks like in this role:

• Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
• Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.
• Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.
• Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and post-project review.
• Initiates and leads project/program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
• Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program/Project Management.
• Is sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
