Job summary

EGI Battery is seeking a Program Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to lead the execution of customer, product-development, and internal programs across the company. This role owns day-to-day program management from opportunity through production release and post-launch support.

The role requires coordinating with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Compliance to deliver on-time results and drive process improvements during a period of rapid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in advanced manufacturing.
• Experience in product development, validation, and production release.
• Knowledge of batteries, automotive, aerospace, or energy storage is a plus.
• Strong schedule, cost, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs end to end: scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Drive cross-functional execution with clear ownership and milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with mitigation plans.
• Lead program reviews, gate reviews, and status reporting.
• Own communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
