Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Program Manager of Operations within the Content & Business Products (CBP) organization. The role focuses on establishing structured operating models for product domains, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving efficient planning and tracking across annual and quarterly cycles.

You will partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and other teams to implement planning processes, track objectives, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience in a product organization.
• Proven ability to improve operating models across business functions.
• Excellent communication to evangelize concepts across a large org.
• Comfort with multiple project management/product development tools.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Aid Product Directors & Managers with annual planning processes and templates.
• Organize and support quarterly planning and OKR tracking.
• Track initiatives and projects; support QBR reporting and leadership check-ins.
• Centralize information and increase visibility for product teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with CBP Engineering TPMs and admin teams.
